 உம்மில் என்னையும் என்னில் உம்மையும் காணச் செய்யும் கர்த்தாவே!

பொதுவாக சிறுவர்களுக்குத் தங்கள் அப்பாக்களைப் பற்றி பெருமையாக இருக்கும்.தங்களுடைய தந்தைகளால் எல்லாம் செய்ய முடியும் என்று நினைப்பார்கள்.நானும் இதற்கு விதிவிலக்கல்ல.

நாமும் பெருமைப்படக்கூடிய ஒரு தந்தை நமக்கு உண்டு.ஆம்,தேவன் தம்மை நம்முடைய பிதாவாகக் கருதுகிறார்.நாம் அவரை நம் சொந்தமாக்கிக் கொள்ளலாம் .அதைப்பற்றிப் பெருமைப்பட்டுக் கொள்ளலாம்.அதனால்தான் இயேசுவும் தேவனை கர்த்தருடைய ஜெபத்தில் பரமண்டலங்களிலிருக்கிற எங்கள் பிதாவே என்று சொல்ல நம்மை ஊக்கப்படுத்துகிறார்.வேதம் சொல்லுகிறது இப்பொழுதும் கர்த்தாவே நீர் எங்களுடைய பிதா, நாங்கள் களிமண் நீர் எங்களை உருவாக்குகிறவர், நாங்கள் அனைவரும் உமது கரத்தின் கிரியை (ஏசாயா64:8).ஆனால் உண்மையாகவே தேவனை நாம் இவ்வாறு பார்க்கிறோமா? உங்கள் மனதைத் தொட்டுச் சொல்லுங்கள் இல்லை என்றுதான் சொல்லுவீர்கள்.அதனால்தான் விவேகமில்லாத மதிகெட்ட இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களைப் பார்த்து அன்று மோசே கேட்ட சிந்தனையைத் தூண்டும் கேள்வி இன்றும் பொருத்தமானதாக இருக்கிறது.உன்னை‌ ஆட்கொண்ட பிதா அவரல்லவா?உன்னை உண்டாக்கி உன்னை நிலைப்படுத்தினவர் அவரல்லவா?(உபாகமம் 32:6)இவ்வாறு நாம் நினைக்கிறோமோ?

தெய்வங்களின் நிலம் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் இமாச்சலப் பிரதேசத்தில் வாழும் புற மதத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு இளைஞனுக்குத் தேவன் இந்த உண்மையை வெளிப்படுத்தியதால் அவன் கிறிஸ்துவை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டான்.இது‌ எப்படி நடந்தது என்று சொல்கிறேன்.கேளுங்கள், அவனுடைய தந்தை ஒரு பொறுப்பற்ற குடிகாரர்.குடும்பத்தைக்கைவிட்டுவிட்டு எங்கேயோ சென்றுவிட்டார்.அதன் பிறகு அவன் தாய்க்கு மூளையில் கட்டி இருப்பதாகக் கண்டறியப்பட்டது.அவள் தன் மரணப்படுக்கையில் இருந்தாள்.அப்பொழுது‌ தேவனை அறிந்த ஒரு கிறிஸ்தவர் அங்கே வந்து அந்தப் பெண்மணிக்காக ஜெபம் பண்ணினார்.கர்த்தர் ஜெபத்தைக் கேட்டு தயவாய் இரங்கி அற்புதமான சுகம் அருளினார்.அதிலிருந்து அந்த இளைஞன் வேதாகமத்தை வாசிக்க ஆரம்பித்தான்.ஒரு தகப்பனாக தேவன் தன்னுடைய வாழ்க்கையில் அடியெடுத்து வைத்திருப்பதை அவன் நன்றாகப் புரிந்து கொண்டான்.இவ்வுலகத்திலுள்ள பிதாக்கள் கைவிடலாம்.ஆனால்‌ ஆண்டவர் மட்டுமே,பரலோகப் பிதா மட்டுமே தன்னை ஒருபோதும் கைவிட மாட்டார் என்பதை அவன் நன்கு தெரிந்துகொண்டான்.

இயேசு சொன்ன கெட்டக்குமாரன் உவமை உங்களுக்குத் தெரிந்திருக்கும். கெட்டகுமாரன் மனந்திருந்தி,திரும்பி வந்து,தகப்பனே, பரத்துக்கு விரோதமாகவும்,உமக்கு முன்பாகவும் பாவஞ் செய்தேன். என்று சொன்னபோது அவர்களுக்கிடையேயுள்ள உறவு மீட்டெடுக்கப்பட்டது.அவனை அதிகமதிகமாய் நேசித்த அவனுடைய தந்தை அவனை அணைத்து முத்தமிட்டு, மீட்டெடுத்து,கௌரவித்து அவனுடைய துரோகத்தை முற்றிலும் மன்னித்து விட்டார்(லூக்கா 15:15-32). இப்படித்தான் நம்முடைய பரலோகப்பிதாவும் இருக்கிறார்.உங்களைத் தன்னுடைய மகனாக மகளாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள அவர் எது செய்யவும் தயாராக இருக்கிறார்.அவர் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த முழுமையான உரிமையை மதித்து அவரைத் தந்தையே என்று உங்கள் உள்ளத்தின் ஆழத்திலிருந்து இன்று அழைப்பீர்களா?...

பிதாவே,உமக்குச் சொந்தமாயிருப்பது எனக்குக் கிடைக்கப்பெற்ற பெரிய பாக்கியம்.இது ஒரு பெரிய சலுகை.இந்த உறவு எனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியைக் கொடுக்கிறது.என்னை உமக்கு முழுமையாக அர்ப்பணிக்கிறேன்.உம்முடைய குமாரனைப் போல நான் உம்மை நேசிக்கிறேன்.என் தந்தையைப் போல உம்மை மதிக்கிறேன்.ஆமென்...

O Lord, who makes me see you in you and you in me!

Generally boys are proud of their fathers and think that their fathers can do everything. I am no exception.

We also have a Father that we can be proud of. Yes, God considers himself as our Father. We can make him our own and be proud of it. That is why Jesus encourages us to call God our Father in the heavens in the Lord's Prayer. 

Creator, we are all the work of your hands (Isaiah 64:8).Do we really see God this way? 

Touch your heart and you will say no. That is why the thought-provoking question that Moses asked that day looking at the foolish Israelites is still relevant today. Isn't he the Father who took you in? Wasn't he the one who made you and established you? (Deuteronomy 32:6) Do we think like this?

God revealed this truth to a pagan youth living in Himachal Pradesh, the land of Gods, and he accepted Christ. Let me tell you how it happened. Listen,His father was an irresponsible alcoholic. He left the family and went somewhere. After that his mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was on her death bed. Then a Christian who knew God came there and prayed for the lady. 

He began. He understood very well that God had stepped into his life as a father. Fathers in this world may give up, but he knew very well that only the Lord, the heavenly Father, would never give up on him.

You may be familiar with the parable of the prodigal son that Jesus told. 

The wicked son repented and came back, Father, I have sinned against Bharat and before you. 

When he said that, the relationship between them was restored. His father, who loved him so much, embraced him and kissed him, restored him, honored him and completely forgave him for his betrayal (Luke 15:15-32). 

This is how our heavenly Father is. He is ready to do anything to accept you as His son and daughter. Will you call Him Father today from the depths of your heart, honoring the absolute right He has given you?
